Here they are: a band called Hush. They might just be the worst band on the planet.

It’s interesting to see how although these guys are really bad at music, the sheer ability to hold an instrument can actually get you somewhere in today’s inter-web of confusion.  I am not sure how to react when the Pink Floyd solo from “Comfortably Numb” takes place.  I have this uncontrollable urge to laugh out loud like a Howler monkey in Java, but on the other hand, you have different fingers…

Should we be laughing or just feeling sorry for these guys?

There is this other side to the band, and after listing to their cover of Eric Clapton’s “Cocaine” and then watching the interview (bottom video), they are truly positive and give a shining light of confidence to all bands struggling out there. After reading the YouTube comments on the interview video (located at the bottom of the article), quotes started filling the screen and will blow you away; check out several of these gems below:

“They Seem like decent people just obviously beginner musicians. I think they should all take a few lessons and work on the 3 songs they have butchered, come back in a  year or so and knock it out of the park. Now that would be awesome!!”

“You know what, honest to God, I came here to tell them to hang it up because they are just THAT BAD.  But after watching this guy and his sincere love for music, I had to think back to what it was like for me 35 years ago.  Come on folks, we ALL sucked when we picked it up for the first time.  Dudes in HUSH, please don’t give up!  Keep plugging away at it and hold on to that innocent love for the music.  Just have fun.  Rock and/or roll on dudes.”

“Music takes years to learn to play well .. That means, on time and smoothly. Don’t worry guys.. Keep practicing and use clicks if you can’t find the time naturally … God Bless “

“These guys need to stay together! They’re awful, but people love them!!! It would be hard to stay awful, though, but they should try to do it and keep this thing going!!!”

All in all, these guys are essentially rock-gods compared to Limp Bizkit’s Fred Durst performing the Worst Guitar Solo Of All Time.

So at least they have that going for them!

 Notice they actually claim that the Eric Clapton song (above) is pretty good.
