When you buy a new shirt, you don’t expect to get a free joke with it. Some clothing labels act like Popsicle sticks and contain little things meant to make you laugh. After all, there’s no rule that says a clothing tag needs to be serious. If you’ve never seen a funny one before, here are a few of the silliest clothing labels of all time.

Mother Knows Best

The symbols on clothing tags can be pretty confusing. Sometimes, it’s impossible to figure out what the label is trying to tell you to do. Of course, your mother always knows best, which is why you should just ask her to do your laundry whenever you can. After all, you don’t want to ruin your new clothes.

Don’t Be That Guy

It doesn’t matter how amazing your abs look. You don’t want to be “that guy” who decides to take his shirt off at a concert or a park, just to show off their body. Listen to your clothing label and keep that shirt on. You look just as good in it as you do out of it.

No one wants to buy makeup that has been tested on animals. That’s why it’s important to search for cruelty-free products. You don’t have to worry about animal testing when it comes to shirts. Even if a monkey gets to try them on, it’ll be more cute than cruel.

Clothing labels have a habit of being too serious. Whoever created this tag decided to be unique by adding a nursery rhyme to the bottom of it. It’s a cute idea for children’s clothing, because it can urge them to actually read the instructions on their shirts and pants.

This tag aims to put a smile on your face. It personifies the shirt attached to it, making sure the instructions are actually entertaining to read. It’s impossible to slip into a shirt like this without listening to the tag and smiling during your ride home.
