In celebration of three more states legalizing recreational use of marijuana, we decided to post this video. Several people, including the founder of Norml, have dinner in Hunter S. Thompson’s home with his widow and daughter.
The dinner consists of several courses, each themed around a different strain of weed. Each is carefully chosen to flavor the food in a certain way, and the guests then smoke a joint of the same marijuana used in each course. It’s interesting to think about how 5-star restaurant experiences will change in places like Oregon and Colorado, where extremely gourmet restaurants already exist – you may be pretty buzzed after your incredibly infused meal.
