Stoopid’s co-owners John Hunt and Danny Moore style their burgers as a sort of illegally delicious Burgerville-In-N-Out hybrid. For one Hamilton you can devour one of their delicious burgers and salty sides and not be hungry again until next Tuesday. Well worth it.

 Holy Mole

Juan Fernando Otero is the man behind the Holy Mole food truck, which earned the title of Willamette Week’s 2015 Food Cart of the Year. His poblano mole is a 16-year-long legend involving over 30 ingredients and 13 hours of mole labor. For $10, you can shove the famous mole and rice in your mouth along with a side of mouthwatering handmade corn tortillas. Keeping true to Portland’s reputation, Otero food cart is proudly vegan-safe and peanut and gluten-free.

 Dub’s St. Johns

Because every good food list needs chicken and waffles. Dub St. Johns has yours along with a scrumptious selection of wings, fried catfish, sandwiches, burgers, and peach cobbler to boot. Best part yet? They deliver. Tiny little angels say what?!

 Pine State Biscuits

For those who don’t have the pleasure of living in the fabulous Portland area, we suggest moving just so you can eat at Pine State Biscuits. With a handsome selection of homemade buttermilk biscuit sandwiches for $9 or less, a to-die-for plate of shrimp and grits and the cutest darn Manhattan (called the poor man’s hattan) you’ve ever seen, you literally have no reason not to fall in love with this place.

 Milk Glass Market

Who isn’t a fan of brunch? At Milk Glass Market, nobody. Though you may have to get in line to get your butt in a chair, their glorious menu will be waiting to greet you and make the experience well worth the wait. Good luck trying to decide between their delicious veggie scrambles, which are basically a plated edible rainbow, or the seafood options. On second thought, you should probably just go ahead and order both.
